Advertising, Analytics & Tracking Technologies
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Advertising, Pixel & Conversions API
We use remarketing and analytics tools provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Meta”), including the Meta Pixel (browser-based) and the Meta Conversions API (“CAPI”, server-side). These tools measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, build custom and lookalike audiences, and show you interest-based advertising on our website and on Meta's platforms.
When active, these tools may share information such as your IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, and actions you take on our website (e.g. form submissions, purchases) with Meta, including hashed identifiers sent via the Conversions API. Meta may combine this data with other data it holds about you under its own Data Policy.
We and Meta act as joint controllers for this data under Article 26 GDPR, in line with the Court of Justice of the EU's ruling in Fashion ID (C-40/17). Meta's role is set out in the Meta Business Tools Terms and the Controller Addendum. Where data is transferred to the United States, this relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or Meta's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We only activate the Meta Pixel and CAPI after you give consent via our cookie banner (Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive; Articles 6–7 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings option available on our website.
You can learn more about Facebook's interest-based advertising here, or opt out by following these Facebook instructions. You can also opt out of Meta and other participating companies via the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada, or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance, or via your mobile device's ad settings. See Meta's Privacy Policy for more on its data practices.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), to understand how visitors use our website via cookies such as _ga and _gid. Data may be processed by Google outside the EEA under Google's certification to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. IP anonymisation is enabled, and Google acts as our processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
We only activate Google Analytics after you consent via our cookie banner. Withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings option, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy for more.
