The purposes of processing personal data in connection with the creation of a personal account on the website are:

The purpose for processing personal data in connection with requesting the service and to enable use of the service is to respond to inquiries from authorities, including courts, enforcement agents, trustees in bankruptcy, tax officials, and investigative authorities. The legal basis for processing such personal data is to comply with the obligations provided by the law (Art. 6(1)(c) of GDPR).

Pursuant to § 12(2) of the Accounting Act accounting ledgers, journals, contracts, financial statements, reports and other business documents that are necessary for reconstructing business transactions during audits shall be preserved by the accounting entity for seven years.

We prioritize the protection of your privacy and therefore do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your personal information may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist us in distributing newsletters and managing our email communications, all of whom are GDPR-compliant. Specifically, we use Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel-Aviv St., Israel (“wix.com”), and Brevo.com (formerly Sendinblue), 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, as service providers for these purposes. In this context, wix.com and brevo.com act as Transcre8’s data processors. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred to wix.com in Israel and to brevo.com in France. The transfer of your data to Israel is carried out on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

In addition, we may disclose personal data where required by law to public authorities (e.g., supervisory authorities, courts, enforcement agencies, police, or the prosecutor’s office). We may also share personal data with Transcre8’s professional advisers (e.g., auditors, legal counsel) and with business partners who provide services to Transcre8 in connection with our publishing services, and or marketing services.

All such disclosures are strictly limited to the minimum amount of data necessary to achieve the relevant purpose.
